Question 1

Submission policy

Accepted Answer

At Prospective Comics, we are constantly developing and creating new ideas and materials. Due to our ongoing projects, we cannot accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, creative suggestions, artwork, designs, game proposals, scripts, manuscripts, or similar materials unless specifically requested by us. We do not have the resources to review or respond to unsolicited submissions, and any material sent to us will not be read or shared. It will be destroyed and will not be returned. However, Prospective Comics is always on the lookout for fresh talent in the comic book industry. We actively review indie, self-published, creator-owned, and web comics, explore popular online art communities, seek recommendations from other artists, and conduct portfolio reviews at conventions. If you are an aspiring comic book artist or writer, we encourage you to publish your work, share it publicly, and continue creating. If you have what it takes, we’ll find you.

Question 2

Where can I buy the book?

Accepted Answer

The print edition of The Rugpull Gang is available directly from proscomics.com, printed to order and shipped worldwide. It is also available on Amazon. Buying direct is the best way to support the book.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs on Stripe, so you can pay by credit or debit card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never held by us. Cryptocurrency is not accepted at checkout today.

Question 4

Do I need an account to buy something?

Accepted Answer

No. You can complete a purchase as a guest — just an email address for the receipt and a shipping address for the printer. An account is only useful if you want your order history and tracking links kept in one place.

Question 5

How do I sign in?

Accepted Answer

There is no password to remember. Choose whichever of these you prefer and you are signed in: Continue with Google. Continue with Discord. Continue with X. Or enter your email address and we send you a magic link — one click in your inbox and you are in.

Question 6

What happened to signing in with a wallet?

Accepted Answer

Web3Auth has been retired. Wallet sign-in added a step that stopped people buying a comic book, and it tied your account to a key you could lose. Accounts are matched on email address, so if you signed in with a wallet before and you use the same email now, your existing orders and order history come with you. Nothing was deleted.

Question 7

Do I need PROS tokens to buy the book?

Accepted Answer

No. Book purchases are card payments through Stripe, and PROS tokens play no part in them. The token is a separate part of the Prospective ecosystem, and if you want to hold it, it trades on decentralised exchanges across several networks: Ethereum — via DEXs such as Uniswap. BNB Smart Chain — via DEXs such as PancakeSwap. Polygon — via DEXs such as QuickSwap. BitTorrent Chain — via DEXs such as Just.money. Tron — via DEXs such as SunSwap. You can also buy directly with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through AlchemyPay, which serves over 140 countries.

Question 8

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Every copy is printed to order, so allow a few days for production before the parcel ships. Once it is on its way, your order page carries the tracking link, and we email it to you as well. Delivery times after that depend on the destination and the shipping option you chose at checkout.

Question 9

Something went wrong with my order — who do I talk to?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form on this page and include your order number if you have it. Orders are printed and shipped by our print partner, so if a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, tell us and we will take it up with them on your behalf.
